What is the advantage of access control over keys?

You can issue and cancel access instantly. When a fob is lost or a tenant or employee leaves, you simply delete it from the controller instead of rekeying the building. You can also restrict areas and, on many systems, see who entered and when.

Can you work on Paxton systems?

Yes. We install, configure and repair common commercial systems including Paxton, programming fobs and cards, adding doors and replacing faulty readers or controllers.

Is access control safe in a fire?

Yes, when installed correctly. We interface electric locks and maglocks with the fire alarm so that doors release automatically and fail safe on activation, allowing free escape while remaining secure in normal use.

A fob has been lost. Is the building still secure?

Yes, once we delete it. Unlike a lost key, a lost fob is removed from the controller in seconds, so it can no longer open the door. We can attend or, on some systems, guide you through removing it.

Can you repair my existing intercom or keypad?

Usually yes. We repair and replace faulty handsets, keypads, readers and controllers, and can extend an existing system to a new door rather than replacing the whole installation where it is sound.
